Sound insulation wall that can be gapped

When buildings are deformed due to strong winds, earthquakes, etc., it may cause cloth or paint finishing of the fire resistant sound insulation wall inside to crack at the seams of gypsum board. By making the top layer of the surface material to be gapped, it will reduce the occurrence of these kind of cracks, and also reduce after-maintenance.

Places where sound insulation performance is required and easily dislocated such as gstaircase hallh, gupper parts of doorsh, gT-shaped intersecting partsh etc.

When buildings are deformed due to strong winds, earthquakes, etc., it may cause cloth or finishing materials on perimeters (corners) of dry separation walls to crack at the seams of gypsum board. This system can reduce the occurence of cracks and also prevent the reduction of sound insulation performance in dry separation walls.
Description of gA-2000EWI Joiner gapped systemh

* Uses dedicated joiner gProduct name: Tiger Joiner S3h (PVC).

* Gaps (width: 10mm or less) are made between the top surface material (Tiger Super Hard 9.5mm thick) and the structural framework (2 sides: A side and B side shown in the front view), and dedicated joiners are inserted. Dedicated joiners are fixed with adhesives to prevent any space between the structural framework and the top surface material (Tiger Super Hard 9.5mm thick).
