- a.Gypsum board installation
- [1] When nailing onto a wooden base
use a nail with about 3 times as long as the board thickness
and strike it so that the head is sufficiently flatly embedded.
[2] When screwing
use a screw of length at least 15 mm longer than the board thickness
and tighten the screw head so that it is slightly under the surface of the board.
[3] The rules described in [2] also apply when overlaying by screwing upholstery board onto a wooden base.
[4] When overlaying a board on an underlaid board
use adhesive and staples
etc. together to attach the two.

- 【第1条】下地には必ずプライマーを塗布する
プライマー（3倍液）を塗布することでGLボンドが下地に密着し、充分な接着力が得られます。
※プライマー･･･スーパータックＲもしくはスーパータックＡ
- 【第2条】下こすり、コテ圧は充分に！
プライマー（3倍液）を塗布することでGLボンドが下地に密着し、充分な接着力が得られます。
- 【第3条】ダンゴサイズ（塗布量）は充分に！
１回に塗り付けるボリュームを減らすと、接着力を発揮する有効面積が少なくなり、剥離現象につながり危険です。
- 【第4条】塗り付けピッチを守る
タイガーボード（910×1820㎜）に43個以上のGLボンドのダンゴが付きます。塗り付けピッチを広げると、接着面積が少なくなり、接着力が確保できず、剥離することがあります。
