List of interior restrictions (Building Standards Act Enforcement Ordinance, Articles 128, 129 and 112)

  • A living space compartmentalized with fire partition every 100m2 or less and does not serve the purpose of special buildings, and located at a height of 31m or less in the fire resistant or quasi fire resistant building
  • Parts of the building intended for the purposes specified in No. 2, with a height of 31m or less.

*1 According to the provisions of No. 9, no restrictions on the materials used are listed for parts compartmentalized with fire partition walls with an area of 100m2 or less. However, these restrictions are applicable to the provisions of No. 7 depending on the number of floors and the scale of the building.
*2 According to the provisions of No. 10, no restrictions on the materials used are listed for parts compartmentalized with fire partition walls with an area of 100m2 or less. However, restrictions specified in No.4 are applicable to the parts of the building intended for purposes specified in No. 1, 2 and 3.
